Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role (sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting).
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge across network, endpoint, threat intel, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and technical requirements with sales team.
• Act as trusted technical advisor and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver product demos and presentations to showcase capabilities and benefits.
• Design customized cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Lead deep-dive technical discussions addressing complex inquiries.
• Build enduring customer relationships as a go-to cybersecurity resource.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deployment and support.
• Stay current on industry trends, threats, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to sales collateral, documentation, and training materials.
• Represent the company at industry events and travel within the US.
