Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Virtual Cyber Security Sales Engineer to drive strategic engagements for US customers in a fully remote, nationwide role.

You will combine deep cybersecurity expertise with sales acumen to deliver product demonstrations, design tailored security solutions, and support customers through the buying process, travel as needed. As one of the first ten employees, you’ll shape the company’s growth and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering or consulting.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge across network, endpoint, cloud security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain tech to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel nationwide in the US.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and business challenges.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering insights into how cybersecurity solutions address pain points.
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and benefits.
• Design and propose customized cybersecurity solutions aligned with customers’ security objectives.
• Conduct technical deep-dive discussions with customers to address complex inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to resource for cybersecurity insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Represent the client at industry events, travel throughout the US.
