Humana, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation. You will align teams across Identity Security, Threat Management, Security Operations, and more to drive successful outcomes.

This remote role requires collaboration with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, and vendors. Strong PM discipline and executive communications are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, business, engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of PM experience leading technology/cybersecurity projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-team, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in cybersecurity domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Security, etc.
• Strong PM disciplines including planning, risk, dependency management, governance, and reporting.
• Experience developing executive-level communications and status reporting.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, or investment-funded initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment with changing priorities.
• Fluency in ServiceNow PPM for project financial management and forecasting.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and actions.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution across domains such as IAM, PAM, SecOps, Threat Detection & Response, Cloud Security, Network Security, and Governance.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting for visibility into progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Develop leadership-level communications and status updates.
• Align project execution with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, goals, and timeline; coordinate budgets and forecasts.
• Support vendor engagements and contract deliverables when applicable.
• Ensure artifacts, governance, and controls are maintained through the lifecycle.
• Promote consistent delivery practices; adapt to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
• Lead project teams without direct authority.
