Humana, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen our security posture, reduce risk, and enable business objectives.

You will partner with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives to translate strategy into execution, manage risks, and ensure transparent, on-time delivery across domains.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of project management experience leading projects in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience delivering projects in domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Security, Network Security, Cyber Risk, Governance, Product Security, Application Security, or Security Engineering.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives related to Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Security Architecture.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings.
