Humana, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to deliver strategic cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen the organization’s security posture and enable business objectives.

You will lead cross-functional delivery across identity security, threat management, security operations, product security, governance, risk & compliance, and more while partnering with cybersecurity leaders, architects, engineers, product teams, vendors, and executives to drive successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of project management experience leading technology/cybersecurity projects.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple teams and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience delivering in cybersecurity domains such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Security, Network Security, Governance, or Application Security.
• Strong knowledge of project management disciplines including planning, risk management, governance, and reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate delivery across cybersecurity teams, technology organizations, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Drive execution of initiatives across Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Security Operations, Threat Detection & Response, Network, Cloud, and Governance domains.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and steering meetings.
• Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and maintain project reporting with progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and outcomes.
• Communicate with leadership through executive status reports and updates.
• Align project execution with strategic objectives and capability roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, goals, timeline, and alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and time-tracking with portfolio management.
• Promote accountability and resolve blockers; support vendor engagements and procurement as needed.
• Maintain delivery artifacts, governance requirements, and project controls throughout the lifecycle.
• Adapt delivery approaches for Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid as needed.
• Lead project teams without direct authority.
