Job summary

CyberMaxx, Inc. is seeking a technically proficient and proactive Customer Success Manager to advocate for customers and ensure they derive maximum value from CyberMaxx.

The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a cybersecurity customer-facing post-sales role, excellent communications, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing post-sales role within cybersecurity.
• MDR or cybersecurity services experience is a plus.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a pro-active mindset.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, and rapidly changing environment.
• Experience presenting and engaging with audiences ranging from End-Users to C-Level Executives.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Project management experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders; be main contact for inquiries.
• Encourage customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, referrals.
