Job summary

CyberMaxx in Maryland is seeking a technically proficient and proactive Customer Success Manager to advocate for customers, drive satisfaction, retention and growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure maximum value from CyberMaxx's MDR offerings.

The role requires 3+ years in a customer-facing post-sales cybersecurity role, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing post-sales role within cybersecurity.
• MDR or cybersecurity services experience is a plus.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactive customer communication to demonstrate value.
• Strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities.
• Relationship management with key stakeholders. The CSM is the main point of contact for inquiries.
• Customer advocacy to convert satisfied customers into referrals/case studies.
• Analysis of customer data to identify trends and insights.
• Continuous learning to stay informed on industry trends and competing technologies.
