CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the mid-market segment. This role drives revenue growth, coaches sales talent, and builds a high-performing team.

The candidate will recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, forecast pipeline precisely, and collaborate with internal teams to improve close rates. This role requires strong leadership and SaaS/cybersecurity sales experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
• Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
• Channel sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.
