CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on new mid-market business. You will drive revenue, coach talent, and build a high-performing squad of AEs.

You’ll forecast, recruit, and partner with internal teams to optimize sales outcomes, close rates, and customer value. This role is fully remote in the U.S. with competitive comp and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology (SaaS or cybersecurity).
• 1+ years frontline sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
• Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
• Channel sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.
