Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the mid-market segment. You will coach, develop, and drive revenue growth while partnering with internal teams to improve sales execution.

You will hire and mentor talent, manage forecasts, and meet with customers to demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value in cybersecurity solutions. This role offers remote flexibility and strong compensation with incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
• Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
• Channel sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.
