CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Executives and accelerate revenue growth in the mid-market segment across remote or flexible sites in the United States.

The role focuses on coaching, pipeline development, and strategic account planning to demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value to customers. You will forecast, mentor sales talent, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to close deals while expanding the customer base and ensuring high

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
• Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
• Channel sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.
