Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001 while providing vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.

You will guide and coach the security and compliance team as the organization grows, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements and collaborating with clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information technology, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001; audits and evidence management.
• Experience with risk assessments, third-party risk, and insurance assessments.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to advise executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including strategy and executive reporting.
• Coach Security & Compliance Analysts as the team grows.
• Oversee risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and evidence management.
• Collaborate with security operations on incidents, remediation, and governance.
