EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Service Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead a key security delivery engagement for a global enterprise client.

The role requires coordinating governance across 250+ applications and development teams, acting as the single point of contact for delivery matters. You will collaborate with Senior Cybersecurity and Product Management leadership to align security targets, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, outcome-focused delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivery/program management in technical environments.
• Experience governing projects with large numbers of client stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Security Service, coordinating client communication, expectations, and reporting.
• Lead operational setups with emphasis on timelines, quality, and budget across on-site and offshore teams.
• Engage with Senior Cybersecurity and Product Management leadership to align security targets and governance.
• Navigate complex delivery challenges, guiding teams and stakeholders toward decisive resolutions.
• Foster a consultancy mindset, ensuring effective service communication and robust security practices adoption.
• Build a high-performing, collaborative team and mentor talent.
