Job summary

SBS CyberSecurity is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Remote-US team serving Madison, SD and surrounding regions. You will partner with TRAC Sales Executives to demonstrate how our cyber risk management platform translates complex concepts into business value for executives and IT leaders.

You will lead discovery, tailor product demonstrations, and support RFPs, while staying current on product releases and regulatory trends. Travel up to 25% is required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, cybersecurity, information systems, technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software demonstrations, sales engineering or related roles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Strong discovery and consultative questioning skills.
• Comfort presenting to C-level executives and risk/compliance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TRAC Sales Executives throughout the sales process.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver demonstrations tailored to prospect environments and needs.
• Translate TRAC capabilities into business value for executive audiences.
• Support RFPs, questionnaires, and proofs-of-concept.
• Stay up-to-date on TRAC functionality, roadmap, integrations, and differentiators.
• Develop demo environments and presentation materials.
• Maintain detailed records of customer requirements and competitive intelligence.
