Job summary

SBS CyberSecurity in the United States is seeking an Information Security Consultant to implement security measures and protect data. The consultant will provide tailored cybersecurity expertise, project management, and regulatory compliance support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, a graduate degree in Information Security, and strong knowledge of security frameworks. The position is remote-friendly with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity/Information Security Consulting.
• Familiarity with Incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery.
• Experience with U.S.-based small to medium-sized Banking Institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Risk Assessment and Policy Development services.
• Support clients in integrating AI within their environments.
• Advise on information security strategies aligned with industry best practices.

Security Frameworks: NIST, Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) and CIS Controls

Security Tools: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM solutions

Network Security: VPNs, SSL/TLS
