Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues while coordinating with internal teams. A strong emphasis is placed on professionalism, accuracy, and customer-first service.

The role offers multiple shift options, with a 10% premium for late shifts and a language premium of 10% for Spanish after assessment. Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically nine months of contact center customer service training/experience, 18 months of prior customer service or related experience, and completed specialized skill training.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems.
• Research and resolve problems and errors including those related to fraud support and internet operations.
• Act as liaison between customers and U.S. Bank departments to resolve complex customer or technology issues.
• Process and respond to customer inquiries utilizing multiple systems to provide information on accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
• Present options to customers about ways to make banking easy and convenient while prioritizing customer needs.
