ClickUp is hiring a CX Operations Analyst to own Partner Services processes, perform data analysis, and build AI-assisted workflows across TAM, Solutions, and CX. You will drive invoicing, SOW management, and system access while enabling automation to scale operations globally.

You will collaborate with Finance, Partner Services, and GTM teams, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, data visibility, and customer outcomes. We value AI fluency and proactive, data-driven problem solvers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Analytics, or a related role in SaaS or GTM environments.
• Proven track record building AI-powered workflows that boost productivity and decision quality.
• Experience transforming business processes with AI-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and BI tools to guide leadership decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and SaaS KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Operationalize partner delivery quality and customer outcomes measurement.
• Manage end-to-end SOW lifecycle for Partner subcontracting with Finance coordination.
• Execute partner invoicing workflows and resolve discrepancies.
• Enable partner system access including provisioning and governance.
• Support capacity planning and resource assignments as the business scales.
• Maintain audit-ready records and clear escalation paths for partner ops.
