Job summary

Quo, a remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer, CX to design, build, and improve AI-powered systems that accelerate and scale customer experience operations. You will own initiatives from problem definition through implementation, collaborating with CX, Ops, Product, Engineering, and Data.

You will lead the design and deployment of AI-assisted workflows, classify and route cases, and continuously measure outcomes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to ship solutions into real business workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead high-impact operational initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled tools and workflows for CX operations.
• Translate processes into clear system logic and escalation paths.
