Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and work with cross-functional teams and brokers to optimize data accuracy and reduce duty overspend. The role supports scalable tools and reporting for global trade operations.

Ideal candidates have strong U.S. customs experience, analytical skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501 and HTS classification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify documentation and duty calculation errors.
• Experience working with customs brokers and managing Post Summary Corrections (PSCs).
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills; ability to create reports, dashboards, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process; review CBP documentation and drive corrective actions.
• Validate PSCs, monitor broker performance, and collaborate with Finance to recover overpayments and ensure compliance.
• Assist with customs classification accuracy and resolve HTS discrepancies.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and duty savings opportunities; develop dashboards and automation.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
