Mohawk Global is seeking a CHB Supervisor to lead a customs brokerage team, ensuring accurate and compliant entry processing while delivering superior client service. You will manage workloads, coach team members, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance.

The role emphasizes escalation management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to support business objectives and client satisfaction.

Competenze

3–5 years of customs brokerage, trade compliance, or related logistics experience.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or team development experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Mansioni

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned accounts, ensuring responsive communication and issue resolution.
Oversee the daily workflow, productivity, and performance of the assigned brokerage team.
Ensure customs entries, billing activities, and account requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maintain service levels.
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead team meetings, coaching discussions, and performance conversations.
