Job summary

Mohawk Global, a logistics and trade specialist with 350+ team members, seeks a CHB Coordinator to process customs entries for assigned accounts, liaise with clients and CBP, and develop toward independent account management.

Under supervision, you will build proficiency in entry processing, client communication, documentation review, and regulatory compliance, while meeting KPIs and taking part in training and coaching to advance within the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customs brokerage, international trade, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with customs entry processes and U.S. regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts with timely updates.
• Process customs entries accurately and in line with client requirements.
• Review shipment documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and CBP to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support KPIs.
• Assist with billing, file completion, and documentation requirements.
