Mohawk Global Logistics is seeking a CHB Coordinator to process customs entries on assigned accounts and communicate with clients and CBP under supervision, developing skills toward independent account management.

You will work under a CHB Team Lead to build proficiency in entry processing, documentation review, and regulatory compliance while meeting KPIs and participating in ongoing training.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in customs brokerage, international trade, logistics, or related field.
• Familiarity with customs entry processes and U.S. regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and brokerage systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts with timely updates.
• Process customs entries accurately and in compliance with client requirements and CBP standards.
• Review shipment documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve issues.
• Maintain files and support billing and documentation completion.
