Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customs brokerage, international trade, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with customs entry processes and U.S. regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned accounts, providing timely updates.
• Process customs entries accurately and timely per client requirements.
• Review shipment documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with CBP and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and support operational efficiency.
• Escalate non-routine issues to leadership as needed.
