Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Customer Value Architect to translate customer investments into measurable outcomes. You will own adoption and value plans, tracking ROI and enabling product usage across a defined book of accounts.

You will build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, partnering with account executives and renewal teams, and shape a point of view on AI in product workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, consulting, or related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.
• Ability to translate data concepts into non-technical terms.
• Experience connecting product usage to ROI and outcomes.
• Experience guiding adoption plans tied to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own value plan for accounts in your book, mapping business problems to outcomes.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and align capabilities.
• Support discovery of priorities and turn insights into adoption updates.
• Collaborate with AE on expansions and with renewals on renewal execution.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
• Monitor usage signals and support business reviews to surface progress.
• Identify underused features and turn into customer recommendations.
• Triage product questions and route to the right teams.
• Develop a POV on AI maturity and leverage Mixpanel AI surface for customers.
• Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations.
