Job summary

Mixpanel seeks a relationship-first advisor to link customer investments to real outcomes across a defined book of accounts. You’ll own adoption and value plans end-to-end, aligning capabilities with business goals and ROI expectations.

Collaborate with Account Executives, renewal teams, and product engineers to scale AI-driven product usage. You’ll drive discovery, design adoption strategies, and coordinate across GTM, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success and measurable value

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into terms landable by non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience turning product usage into a clear story about customer outcomes and ROI.
• Comfort building and running adoption plans tied to a customer's larger goals.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use (e.g., MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots).
• Collaborative approach across account teams and internal partners to move plans forward.
• Good judgement for prioritizing which accounts and actions need attention first.

Responsibilities

• Own the value plan for each account in your portfolio, connecting business problems to outcomes measured.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, aligning Mixpanel capabilities to customer needs.
• Run discovery on customer priorities and pain points, turning learnings into adoption plans and updates.
• Partner with Account Executive on expansion and renewal counterparts on renewal execution.
• Lead enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to grow usage.
• Monitor usage signals and lead business reviews to surface what's working and identify risks.
• Spot underused features and advise on recommended actions.
• Triage product questions and route to the right team.
• Develop a point of view on a customer's AI maturity and apply Mixpanel AI surfaces.
