Job summary

Lendable is seeking a confident, motivated communicator to support customers as part of our US Cards program. You will play a key role in resolving inquiries and driving customer satisfaction through direct interactions via phone, email, and chat.

The role offers rotating shifts, some in-office and some remote, with comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong written and verbal communication, and are comfortable learning new software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role with a track record of helping customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software.
• Spanish speaking is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and timely query resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support US Cards program.
• Escalate risks impacting customer outcomes and document dissatisfaction for process improvement.
• Meet defined individual and team performance targets.
