Candidates should have at least 12 months of customer service experience and be comfortable working in a virtual environment. Spanish language skills are a plus; weekend/holiday hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a busy day dealing with a high volume of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products on each customer interaction.
