Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, retail, or related service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polite tone.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms) is preferred.
• Excellent time management, active listening abilities, and a high level of patience.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Efficiently process and resolve incoming customer requests via email, live chat, and phone calls.
• Account Support: Assist clients with order tracking, returns, billing questions, and general service inquiries.
• Problem Resolution: Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective, timely solutions.
