Job summary

Qode is seeking a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our remote-first team. You will be the primary contact for customers, answering inquiries across phone, email, and chat, and ensuring a positive support experience.

You’ll process orders, help with returns, document interactions in our CRM, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; remote work requires reliable home office setup and strong communication.
