Levin Furniture & Mattress is hiring Work from Home Customer Service Specialists. This is a remote role, but candidates must live within 25 miles of a Levin store location to be considered. You will provide top-tier customer support, handle a high volume of inbound calls, and assist with warranty-related inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provides highest level customer support by resolving escalated customer complaints/questions.
• Processes highest volume of inbound calls and other correspondence.
• Negotiates warranty options with manufacturers on behalf of the customer.
• Identifies product trends and communicates concerns to quality team.
• Collaborates with stores, merchandising and other operations to resolve issues.
• Processes subcontractor invoices and corrects discrepancies.
• Prepares warranty and repair service reports using Storis and intranet systems.
• Communicates professionally with internal and external personnel.
• Maintains accurate files and processes to maximize productivity.
• Processes open work orders in need of resolution.
• Performs other support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
