Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism in a fast-paced environment. You will use a suite of web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• College degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent service through active listening.
• Protect confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
• Communicate appropriately with customers.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
• Upsell when required.
