Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. The role supports a high-velocity service environment, with work-from-home options and the use of your own device.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, using provided articles, and following defined policies to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

• Able to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Familiar with Windows-based computer systems.
• College degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/video/email/chat/social media to resolve questions.
• Answer product and software-related questions.
• Provide and use articles to assist with tax questions and calculations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues per defined procedures.
• De-escalate issues and escalate when needed.
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting.
• Offer feedback on call issues and opportunities to improve.
