Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to act as the primary contact for clients. You will manage inbound and outbound communications using web-based tools and resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This remote role is ideal for those passionate about service delivery in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, listening actively, maintaining confidentiality, and aiming to resolve issues on the first call.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must type at least 25 WPM.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Upsell if required.
