Job summary

We Clone You is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with customer service expertise to join our client’s team and elevate operations. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS, maintain CRM records, and coordinate dispatch and scheduling.

The role is remote, you will work 40 hours per week in USD, starting at $1,200 per month with potential to rise to $1,500 after 90 days based on performance; strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in remote customer support.
• Experience with phone-based support.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with dispatch or scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers as needed.
• Assist with order tracking, account updates, and general support requests.
• Coordinate appointments and scheduling activities when required.
• Assist with dispatch-related tasks, including scheduling service appointments, communicating updates, and coordinating with field teams or vendors.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
