We Clone You is hiring a Remote Virtual Assistant with customer service expertise to join our client team. You will handle 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, delivering empathetic and effective support.

The role requires excellent English communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance customer experience. Real estate experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service/support or as a virtual assistant.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 75+ inbound customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer service in all interactions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to resolve concerns and improve CX.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing process improvements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team goals and performance metrics.
