Job summary

GCG's Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) is seeking Customer Support Representatives to assist OEM and Industrial customers and Account Managers. You will manage day-to-day customer orders, coordinate with internal teams on production and delivery, and proactively resolve issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service, Support, or Sales Support experience; manufacturing or distribution background preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business apps; ERP experience
• Experience handling high volumes of online orders with accuracy
• Experience processing RMAs (returns) including tracking and completion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and with teams
• Experience in wire, cable, or electronics manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and documentation
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status and production schedules
• Coordinate order changes, expedites, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs through resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Support contract amendments and special projects
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues
• Perform other duties as needed
