Job summary

GCG CES is hiring Customer Support Representatives to handle daily customer orders, coordinate with production and delivery teams, and resolve issues for OEM and Industrial customers. The role sits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supports Account Managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service/Support or Sales Support
• Experience with distribution/manufacturing preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and business apps
• Experience using an ERP system
• Experience handling high volumes of online orders and RMAs

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and EDI
• Support account managers with order status and supply chain updates
• Coordinate order changes, expediting, rescheduling, or cancellations
• Manage RMAs from initiation to completion
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Support contract amendments and special projects
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to resolve issues
