Job summary

GCG's Custom Engineered Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage day-to-day orders and coordinate with internal teams for production and delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supports Account Managers and customers with timely updates and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include processing POs and RMAs, maintaining records, and collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service or Sales Support; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and related documentation.
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status and updates.
• Coordinate order changes, expedites, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Manage RMAs and customer complaints through resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs.
• Support contract amendments and special projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
