Job summary

GCG is seeking Customer Support Representatives to assist OEM and Industrial customers and Account Managers. You will handle day-to-day orders, coordinate with production and delivery, and resolve issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm CST/EST. Remote-work options may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Support experience.
• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business applications.
• Experience using an ERP system and handling high volumes of online orders.
• Experience processing RMAs and coordinating order changes in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs, EDI, and related documentation.
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status, production schedules, delays, and supply chain updates.
• Coordinate order changes, including expedites, pushouts, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs through resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, open-order reports, and communication logs.
• Support contract amendments and special projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as needed.
