Anomaly Squared in Leavenworth, KS is seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join a full-time or part-time team. You will qualify callers for programs our clients offer, handling outbound and inbound calls, including appointment scheduling and lead qualification.

A two-week mandatory virtual training runs Monday–Friday 9am–5pm EST (8am–4pm CST). Wage starts at $10.00/hour, with $7.25 during training, and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Working Knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Must own a home computer meeting minimum workstation specs (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or Ryzen 5+, Windows 10, 8GB RAM).
• Must have a desk/workspace in a quiet area.
• Must attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST).

Responsabilités
