Advocacy Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients in obtaining Social Security benefits. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide strong phone-based service. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; remote work from home with US-based eligibility.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of call center or telephone customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. A quiet home office is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and two years of telephone customer service or call center experience.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide support and information on services.
• Collects and enters information for services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Makes customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
