Job summary

Automated Health Systems, Inc. is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a remote position. You will assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits, and provide accurate, consistent information to help clients navigate services.

The role requires 2+ years in a call center, strong PC proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree in social or behavioral sciences or related field is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
