Genius AI seeks a customer relations professional to own the service-business owner experience, mainly via phone and text. You’ll resolve issues, learn our tools, and advocate for GlossGenius to build lasting partnerships.

You will report to the Manager, Customer Support and can be based anywhere in the United States. Join a team that blends AI with customer care to drive success and retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience with a track record of satisfaction.
• Rebuilt workflows around AI to automate repeatable tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with adaptable tone.
• Self-starter who can set direction within a high-growth team.
• Experience at high-growth tech companies or appointment-based services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduled calls guiding customers through payroll setup from question to live.
• Respond in our Facebook community as GlossGenius with a professional tone.
• Use AI to create macros, Help Center content, and workflows to speed resolution.
• Identify gaps in macros/Help Center and ship fixes with the team.
• Build product expertise to support customer acquisition and retention.
