Genius AI is seeking a customer success associate to own the relationship with service business owners using GlossGenius. You will provide support by phone and text, build product knowledge, and resolve issues to keep customers productive.

You will lead scheduled calls to guide customers through payroll setup, engage in the Facebook community with a professional tone, and leverage AI to turn common questions into macros, Help Center articles, and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience with a track record of driving satisfaction.
• Experience rebuilding workflows around AI and automating repeatable work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to various styles.

Responsibilities
