Wordly.ai, an AI-powered translation startup, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to support clients with real-time translation services, manage ticketing and glossary workflows, and ensure data-driven outcomes.

This fully remote role covers the US, Canada, or UK with GMT-aligned hours; you will build customized glossaries from customer materials, guide customers on best practices, and collaborate with a remote-first team to optimize performance.
