Job summary

Genius AI seeks a customer support specialist to own the relationship with service business owners using GlossGenius, primarily by phone and text. You will develop product knowledge and leverage AI-assisted tools to resolve issues and advocate for the GlossGenius brand.

You will report to the Manager, Customer Support and be based anywhere in the United States. You will handle calls, emails, and posts in our Facebook community, building macros and workflows to resolve questions efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience with a track record of satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt to styles.
• Self-starter who can work in a high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduled calls guiding customers through setup from first question to live.
• Respond to posts in our Facebook community group as GlossGenius in a professional tone.
• Use AI to build macros, Help Center articles, and workflows to resolve issues faster.
• Ship fixes to macros and Help Center gaps and bring the team along.
• Build deep product expertise to support customer acquisition and retention.
