Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to attract and retain customers by answering product questions and guiding them through the custom label selection and order process.

Responsibilities include handling contacts via phone and email, ensuring accurate information, and supporting customers through order proofing and production delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• IT literacy: desktop computing and applications (especially Apple OSX tools) and databases.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn the custom product label printing business.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, home-based office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming contacts and proactively reach out via phone, email, and other methods.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for contact.
• Provide accurate information using company procedures and resources.
• Build sustainable relationships through open communication.
• Guide customers in initiating and maintaining accounts and orders.
• Assist in resolving concerns and escalate as needed to team leaders.
