Brook + Whittle is seeking an Order Processor to provide customers with pricing and availability for catalog and non-catalog products. You will process orders from internet, email, phone, and mail and handle inquiries about labels.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General computer skills and ability to learn systems.
• Printing knowledge is helpful for label orders.
• Ability to read instructions and follow detailed steps.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Routes orders to the Order Processing Department.
• Processes orders with price and product details to spec.
• Reviews orders for pricing and spelling accuracy.
• Contacts customers to confirm missing information.
• Prepares order jacket and submits to QA.
• Answers calls about orders and item availability.
• Enters quotes and prints quotes to customers.
• Calculates prices, discounts and shipping charges.
• Handles outsourcing orders and follow-up.
• Manages special accounts and performs other duties.
