Job summary

The position is fully remote after one week of in-office training, with a Monday–Friday schedule. In-office training and occasional office time are required, and the pay range is $18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to learn new applications and products.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus but not required.
• In-home internet with at least 1 ethernet port required.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions via phone on all company supported software applications.
• Provide support for company products and services.
• Dispatch field technicians using in-house tools.
• Answer general program questions from motorists.
• Provide inbound sales support and email correspondence.
• Offer on-the-job training to new department staff.
