Job summary

Opus Inspection, Inc. is seeking a customer support specialist to assist clients, dispatch technicians, and process parts orders. The role combines phone and email communication with problem solving, ensuring satisfaction across our automotive technology services.

Initially in-office training with a fully remote option after the first week; schedule Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm; occasional in-office work at Midvale, Utah. Strong communication and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills (high school level).
• Ability to learn and generate knowledge to support new applications and products.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus but not required.
• In-home internet with at least 1 ethernet port required.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions via phone on all company supported software applications.
• Provide support for company products.
• Utilize In-House tools to appropriately dispatch field technicians.
• Answer general program questions from motorists.
• Perform additional tasks for motorists.
• Provide inbound sales support.
• Initiate and respond to emails with clear and professional language.
• Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
• Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
• Other duties and responsibilities as introduced.
